My views

TCM approaches ADHD from a different perspective than Western medicine. While Western medicine often focuses on symptom management through medications, TCM aims to address the underlying imbalances in the body to promote overall health and well-being.

As most children can't cope with herbal medicine, so let's focus on acupuncture and acupressure.

Du channel and Hua Tuo Jia Ji acupoints are my favorite points to use.

Parents or careers can help them by simply gent bumping "T" shaped area of their back.

The area between the shoulder blades, encompassing the region of the two scapulae (shoulder blades), and the region of the spine below the neck in the center of the back form the T-shaped area.
